Michael Caruso will drive for Garry Rogers Motorsport in the #7 Valvoline GRM Alfa Romeo Giulietta Veloce in the Australian TCR Series.

Garry Rogers Motorsport is an Australian motor racing team competing in the Australian TCR championship.

The team is owned by retired racing driver Garry Rogers who began the team to further his own racing efforts. Based in Melbourne, originally out of a Nissan dealership owned by Rogers, the team has competed in a variety of touring car series in Australia ranging from relatively modest Nissan production cars to Chevrolet NASCARs to building the GT specification Holden Monaro 427C. The team won the Bathurst 1000 in 2000 and also won both of the Bathurst 24 Hour races which were held in 2002 and 2003. In 2013 the team celebrated its 50th year in racing since Rogers made his debut.

Michael Caruso will drive for Team 18 in the Supercars Championship at the Bathurst 1000.

Charlie Schwerkolt has been a Team Owner since his partnership with Dick Johnson at DJR in 2008, where the Number 18 Car claimed the Championship with James Courtney in 2010.

In 2019, Charlie 2015 V8 Supercars Champion Mark Winterbottom as IRWIN Racing Driver and Steve Richards as Co-Driver, with Phil Keed & Steve Henderson overseeing the #18 Garage. Winterbottom finished 13th in the 2019 Virgin Australia Supercars Championship with a season best race result of P4 and the season highlight coming in the form of the team’s first pole position at the Tasmania SuperSprint.

In 2020, Team 18 will change to a two-car team with Winterbottom joined by Scott Pye.
